Established in 2024

I created this consultancy because I have spent more than a decade working closely with entrepreneurs and workspace operators, and I have seen first-hand how much impact the right support can have at the right moment. Entrepreneurs often face complex challenges when building their businesses, while workspace operators must navigate operational, regulatory, and strategic decisions that leave little room for error.

Through my work with startups, coworking spaces, and companies, I realized that many operators and founders need practical, experience-based guidance — not theory, and not sales-driven advice. Having been involved in the setup and operation of workspaces myself, and having worked extensively with compliance and AML requirements, I understand the realities behind the scenes.

My goal is to offer independent, neutral, and hands-on support, grounded in real operational experience. I want to help entrepreneurs build sustainable businesses and support workspace operators in creating compliant, well-run, and future-proof spaces. This consultancy is my way of sharing what I have learned over the past years and contributing to a stronger, more professional workspace ecosystem.
